Pilates (Monday afternoons at 16:00 - 17:00) – STARTING on Monday 2 February 2026 to 22 June 2026


Pilates is a mind body precise movement system. It is a low-impact workout that promotes strength, stability, flexibility, posture, balance, body control, awareness and alignment. We work slow and controlled. Everybody can participate and will benefit.

PRACTICAL INFO – Spring 2026

  • Classes on Monday afternoons at 16:00 - 17:00
  • 19 classes from 2 February 2026 to 22 June 2026
  • Room for 25 participants - first come, first serve
  • Classes are in English
  • The yoga classroom is found in basement of building 208 -  B208, The Dance Room next to Etheren

MEMBERSHIP FEE: DKK 610 kr. incl fees
