Pilates (Monday afternoons at 16:00 - 17:00) – STARTING on Monday 5 September 2025 to January 19 2026
Pilates is a mind body precise movement system. It is a low-impact workout that promotes strength, stability, flexibility, posture, balance, body control, awareness and alignment. We work slow and controlled. Everybody can participate and will benefit.

- The yoga classroom is found in basement of building 208 - B208, The Dance Room next to Etheren
