I teach prana-inspired vinyasa, RYS 200. My main focus in asanas (that is, the yoga postures) is to strengthen the interplay between breath, body, and mind, and to increase my yoga students' body and self-awareness. When you focus on your breath, both your mental and physical flexibility increases. The conscious breathing used in my classes can help you go deeper into stretches, calm your body, and reduce your stress levels. By learning to breathe deeper, you also influence the autonomic nervous system, which regulates the body's internal functions during both rest and activity. This includes the activity of your heart (your pulse decreases), the muscles in your intestines, and the body's glands, in other words, the secretion of various hormones. The overall goal of yoga is to bring you closer to an understanding of how to achieve peace and balance in your life and to live in a mindful way. This means being aware of the present moment instead of living in notions of what may happen. It also involves being able to let go of what has happened and what no longer serves you. This can include old (bad) habits that provide a sense of security.

Yoga - Wednesday morning (YO)

YOGA (Wednesday mornings at 07:00-08:15) – STARTING on Wednesday 3 September to 14 January 2026

INSTRUCTOR: Lis Chastine Molinari

I have taken teacher training as a Hot Hatha/Bikram yoga instructor, intuitive Pranala Flow yoga and Yin yoga. To me yoga is much more than just postures. It is about using breath to connect the mind and body to strengthen the interaction between them and to increase your physical and mental strength and to find your inner peace. By working with deep long stretches, you calm the nervous system, and the body regains its inner balance. The class may vary in intensity depending on the needs of the participants.
The class will be a traditional Hatha Class with mantras, standing postures, seated postures, pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.
Everyone can participate, no requirements - you work with your body where it is. We always end the class with a guided meditation. Teaching is in English.

Pilates - Monday afternoon (pil)

Pilates (Monday afternoons at 16:00 - 17:00) – STARTING on Monday 5 September 2025 to January 19 2026


Pilates is a mind body precise movement system. It is a low-impact workout that promotes strength, stability, flexibility, posture, balance, body control, awareness and alignment. We work slow and controlled. Everybody can participate and will benefit.

Gymnastics - Wednesday (GO)

BODY TRAINING / GYMNASTIK (onsdag eftermiddage) START den 3. september 2025

Aktiv Kropspleje/Active Body Training er gymnastik og grundtræning, der er forebyggende for skader i bevægeapparatet og samtidig muskelopbyggende. Øvelserne giver ilt og dermed fornyet kraft til alle kroppens celler. Deltagerne på holdet kan få rettet og opbygget ryggen til en nærmere normal stilling, så nervesystemet fungerer optimalt. Alle øvelser tager udgangspunkt i at kroppen skal smidiggøres og at ryggen på harmonisk vis skal bringes tilbage i en sund og naturlig S-form. Dette er med til at nakke-, skulder- og armproblemer forsvinder. Undervisningssproget er dansk.

Praktisk info efterår 2025:

Der er undervisning hver onsdag kl. 16:00-17:15 i træningslokalet kælderen i bygning 208. 

17 undervisningsgange fra den 3. september 2025 til den 14. januar 2026. Ingen undervisning i uge 42, 51, 52 og 1.

KONTINGENT: DKK 675 
for hele perioden. Der er 25 pladser, som udbydes efter først-til-mølle-princippet.


Liggeunderlag er tilgængelige i lokalet, men medbring evt. dit eget liggeunderlag og håndklæde.

BODY TRAINING / GYMNASTICS (Wednesday afternoons) STARTING on 3 September 2025

Body Training is gymnastics and basic exercise, which helps to prevent injuries in the motor apparatus. The exercises give oxygen and hereby renewed energy to all the body&rsquos cells. Participants in the class can have their backs straightened out and rebuilt to a normal position, so that the nerve system can function optimally. This helps neck, shoulder and arm problems to disappear. The teaching langue is Danish.

Practical information fall 2025:

Classes take place Wednesdays at 16:00-17:15 in the training hall basement in building 208.

 17 sessions from 3 September 2025 to 14 January 2026. No class in week 42, 51, 52 and 1. 



The price is DKK 675 for the mentioned period. Place for 25 participants, sold at first come, first served basis.

Mats are available in the room or you can bring your own mat and towel.

YOGA (Thursday afternoons at 16:00-17:15) - STARTING on 4 September to 15 January 2026


INSTRUCTOR: Ann Repp Olsen

Ann Repp Olsen has been a yoga teacher for more than 30 years. 

I really want to help you how yoga can create calm, balance, presence and a strong and flexible body. I teach with a focus on breathing and with room for the individual and individual needs. With a curious and playful approach and a good balance of challenge and relaxation. Always with a smile on my face. 
My classes will be vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa is a creative and dynamic form of yoga working in a flow. The flow is creating flexibility, building up strength in your body and you will feel your pulse throughout the entire class. Focus is on movement and connecting with your breath.
