Step into a sanctuary of deep rest and gentle renewal with this Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra practice.
In the yin practice we hold asana positions for longer than in other yoga practices and targets the deeper layers of connective tissue, encouraging flexibility, joint health, and energetic flow, while cultivating patience and mindful awareness.
The practice then transitions seamlessly into Yoga Nidra—often called “yogic sleep”—a deeply restorative meditation that guides you into a state between waking and dreaming, where stress dissolves and the body’s natural healing processes are activated.
