I really want to help you how yoga can create calm, balance, presence and a strong and flexible body.
I teach with a focus on breathing and with room for the individual and individual needs. With a curious and playful approach and a good balance of challenge and relaxation. Always with a smile on my face.
My classes will be vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa is a creative and dynamic form of yoga working in a flow. The flow is creating flexibility, building up strength in your body and you will feel your pulse throughout the entire class. Focus is on movement and connecting with your breath.
