In this workshop we explore how breath, awareness, and load influence both abdominal strength and pelvic floor function. Many people unknowingly train with too much tension or inefficient pressure management, which can contribute to instability, back discomfort, or pelvic symptoms.
This workshop offers a practical and embodied approach to core training — building strength without gripping or strain.
