Pilates is a mind body precise movement system. It is a low-impact workout that promotes strength, stability, flexibility, posture, balance, body control, awareness and alignment. We work slow and controlled. Everybody can participate and will benefit.

  • Room for 25 participants - first come, first serve
  • Classes are in English
  • The yoga classroom is found in basement of building 208 -  B208, The Dance Room next to Etheren
