Jeg er uddannet yoga instruktør i Hot Hatha/Bikram yoga samt Intuitiv Pranala Flow yoga og Yin yoga. For mig er yoga meget mere end yogaøvelser. Det handler om at bruge åndedrættet til at styrke samspillet mellem krop og sind samt øge både sin fysiske og mentale styrke og finde sin egen indre ro. Ved at benytte dybe lange stræk, beroliges nervesystemet så kroppen kan finde sin indre balance. Timen kan variere i intensitet afhængig af deltagerne behov.
Alle kan være med, der kræves ingen forudsætninger - du arbejder med din krop, der hvor den er. Der afsluttes altid med min. 7-10 min. Savasana. Al undervisning er på engelsk.
I have taken teacher training as Hot Hatha/Bikram yoga instructor, Intuitive Pranala Flow yoga and Yin yoga. To me yoga is much more than just postures. It is about using the breath to connect the mind and body so as to strengthen the interaction between them and also to increase your physical and mental strength and to find your inner peace. By working with deep long stretches, you calm the nervous system and the body regains its inner balance. The class may vary in intensity depending on the needs of the participants.
Everyone can participate, no requirements - you work with your body where it is. We always end the class with 7-10 min. Savasana. Teaching is in English.
