YOGA (Wednesday mornings at 08:20-09:35) – STARTING on Wednesday 5 February to Wednesday 11 June 2025


INSTRUCTOR:

I have taken teacher training as Hot Hatha/Bikram yoga instructor, intuitive Pranala Flow yoga and Yin yoga. To me yoga is much more than just postures. It is about using breath to connect the mind and body to strengthen the interaction between them and to increase your physical and mental strength and to find your inner peace. By working with deep long stretches, you calm the nervous system, and the body regains its inner balance. The class may vary in intensity depending on the needs of the participants.
The class will be a relaxing Yin yoga working with the fascia of the body. Deep long stretchings will help to enhance the range of motion of your joints and ligaments. Yin yoga will also improve emotional balance and reduce symptoms of stress, depression, anxiety, and sleep disturbances.
Everyone can participate, no requirements - you work with your body where it is. We always end the class with 7-10 minutes of Savasana. Teaching is in English.
